At Langley & Grace, we work with individual sellers to simplify and elevate the process of selling preloved jewellery. We offer a seamless, professional experience without the overwhelming admin or marketing know-how.

There are no upfront costs - our commission includes paid advertising across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Google, along with social media posts and features in our email newsletter.

Your pieces are shared with intention and reach buyers who genuinely value the beauty of jewellery with history.

Our goal is to elevate your seller profile, maximise your return, while ensuring your pieces find loving new owners.

Your first 3 items listed under $200 each are free to sell. 

For items over $200, or once more than 3 items have sold, the 15% commission applies per item at the point of sale.

This commission includes all marketing and promotional activity, covering:

  • Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp)
  • Pinterest & Google Ads
  • Social media promotion across our platforms
  • Feature placement within our email marketing campaigns

The entire marketing effort to find your buyer is built into that 15% - making this a highly cost-effective way to sell your pieces without the time, stress, or guesswork of doing it yourself.

We also absorb any first-purchase incentive fees, including our 5% Welcome Discount (via email pop-up) - so your prices remain unaffected.

Step 1 - Share Your Pieces for Review

Whether you already list on Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Depop, etc or have never sold an item online before, we can help!

Use our Listings Guide to see best practice of taking your photos / measurements

  • Clear, well-lit photos of each piece
  • Close-ups of any hallmarks, clasps or stones
  • Size, measurement details & item details
  • If you already actively list items online via Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, Depop & all details are available on those platforms, we are happy to receive those links too!
  • Videos of the pieces are also welcomed

Please note: We only accept video submissions alongside photos, not in place of.

Step 3 - Our Selection Process

Our team will review your submission and confirm which pieces are suitable for the Collective.

If your items are accepted, you’ll receive a link to our Selling Agreement (via Google Form) to finalise the listings and payment details.

Please note: Postage costs remain your responsibility, and agreed delivery dates must be met when shipping items to buyers.

Payment

Once your piece sells, payment is transferred directly to your nominated bank account, minus the agreed commission.

We retain a 15% commission on each item sold (based on the final sale price, including GST).

This fee covers all paid advertising and promotional activity used to sell your piece, including:

Organic Promotion via social media

  • Posts and stories on our Instagram, Facebook & Tiktok accounts
  • Showcasing across our Pinterest profile
