Because every item is sourced from an individual seller, shipping times and packaging may vary - but each piece is always prepared with intention and care by its seller.

Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, your seller will carefully prepare and package your piece. Please allow 2–4 business days for dispatch.

Shipping Method & Timeframes

All orders are shipped via tracked delivery for security and peace of mind. Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 3–8 business days
International: 7–18 business days (customs time may vary)

Packaging

Each piece is securely and thoughtfully wrapped to ensure it arrives in beautiful condition. We encourage the use of recycled and sustainable packaging wherever possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact us with your order number.

Multiple Items

If you purchase multiple pieces from different sellers, items may arrive separately. Each seller will provide tracking for their parcel.

While rare, if your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us so we can assist. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and support you through the process.

To support our sustainability commitment, we encourage thoughtful choices. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase, so please feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing to ensure the item meets your expectations.

As we promote thoughtful purchasing, any returns for unwanted items are to be made at the customer’s expense. If the item is returned in the condition it was sent in, within 35 days of ordering, we will gladly offer an exchange.
